Tampa, Florida – The spring season is off to a notable start for Chase Koepka as he has yet to even kick off for the 14th spot of the USF men’s golf team.

Koepka, a talented sophomore born in West Palm Beach became the first golf player in USF program history to be included in the The Ben Hogan Award Watch List, declared by the Golf Association of America, Colonial Country Club and The Friends of Golf (FOG) on Wednesday.

CORAL SPRINGS, Florida – Steve LeBrun, pride of West Palm Beach earned the first “major” of the season on the Golfslinger.com Tour last Wednesday. Despite hanging on the verge of elimination after 29 holes, the professional golfer rallied with a course record 61 tying to his 38th Golfslinger victory. To date, this was his foremost achievement since November 2011.
